Roll Forming Machines
How Roll Forming works
Roll forming machines are used to form, or bend, sheet metal in to a specific profile. The flat metal sheet is either fed from a large roll mounted on an unluckier or by pre-cut sheets. The metal sheet will enter the first set of tooling and begin the process of forming. Each progressive pass further bends the sheet until it's final shape on the last pass.
Benefits of Roll Forming Machines
Continual operation with repeatable quality are the hallmarks of roll forming machines. This on-going process delivers maximum through-put for metal parts manufactures. Maintenance is generally lower than other forms of metal bending with equipment life cycles approaching several decades.
Rollforming Industries Utilizing this Technology
Many industries benefit from the use of a rollforming to manufacture metal parts. The most common industries where these pieces of equipment can be found are.

Top 2 industries incorporating forming machines
The building and construction industry has benefited the most from steel forming machines. Many products are manufactured by forming steel sheets such as siding, roofing and steel studs. The automotive industry has also seen many uses for these machines. Largely from the need for highly precise parts production.
